Heat-insulated beam houses

Our company is offering a completely new and robust solution for construction of dwelling houses.

At the basis of this solution, our company’s principal material – glued timber – is still being used, but in accordance with the client’s wishes we can also produce these dwelling houses from non-glued timber. The external wall of the building consists of two parallel walls, each 40 to 140 mm thick. Between these walls, heat-insulation (stone wool) is installed (from 50 to 150 mm thick, according to the client’s wishes). By constructing buildings using this technology, our company will ensure better compliance with the Latvian Building Regulations of energy-efficiency of external walls, and the price of such glued timber beam buildings will decrease, which undoubtedly is good news for our clients.
