House projects

One of the end-products manufactured by our company is timber panel prefab houses, which can appropriately be called light timber framework systems. Such systems are composed of a timber framework, which is encircled by shield-shaped parts (usually, oriented chipboard or humidity-resistant chipboard), which are screwed on to the framework. Between such external wall frameworks, heat-insulation material is inserted, as well as condensation coating, which protects the heat insulation material and bearing timber constructions from forming of condensate upon interaction between internal temperature of the premises and external air temperature. Gypsum cardboard plates are often used to sheathe the timber framework from inside, in order to achieve greater fire-safety. When manufacturing timber panel prefab houses, we ensure that as much work as possible is done in the manufacturing shop, preparing the timber panels. In this way, the time needed for assembly at the construction site is greatly reduced, which is of particular importance in bad weather conditions.

Timber framework systems are extremely suitable and competitive in construction of multi-storey buildings as well. They are very convenient to use in wall, inter-storey and roof constructions, ensuring heat-insulation of such frameworks and sheathing with various materials. When designing timber panel prefab houses, it is relatively easy to meet the requirements of various building regulations. A single element of the timber framework system can fulfill various functions, such as:

- Bearing of vertical loads;
- Stabilization of vibrations and loads caused by wind and earth;
- Room partitioning;
- Acoustic insulation;
- Heat insulation.

Owing to our cooperation with architect agencies, we are able to realize the wishes of individual clients in the prefab timber frameworks. It is much faster and more convenient than carrying out analogous construction with massive reinforced concrete materials.

Among the main end-products of our company are glued timber beam houses, which are made of dried spruce wood with moisture of 14 ± 2 %. Owing to our Technologies, the company is able to produce beam houses of various size and significance, from small summer holiday houses up to large hotels. For our houses, we use glued logs of various thicknesses, from 60 mm to 180 mm. The height of all glued logs is 200 mm.

In construction of glued beam houses, we use a made-in-Switzerland adhesive Purbound HB 530, which has been tested in Otto-Graf-Institute, in accordance with the DIN 68141 regulation. This adhesive has been deemed appropriate for bonding of all types of timber constructions, whose requirements are in accordance with DIN 1052 and EN 301 (bonding of bearing timber constructions). To achieve the necessary glued beam cross-section and length, several lamellas are glued together, which endows the construction with particular strength and excellent shape, which is maintained during its whole life-span. By implementing such glued logs in the construction of timber house walls, such occurrences as wall settling or twisting are prevented as much as possible. All construction parts of the glued timber beam houses are initially treated with timber protection agents before transportation to the construction site. In addition, metal thread bars with nuts are worked into the house walls – this fixes the house position and prevents any dislocations.

With our manufacturing technology, we can bond parts up to a length of 16 m (it is planned to shortly increase it up to 24 m), which gives wide possibilities for solutions of non-standard house projects and difficult roof constructions – this is an advantage for realization of individual house projects. The building engineers of our company will adjust the individual project of each client to the manufacturing technology.

When ordering a glued timber beam house, you are given the possibility to choose the house completeness level:

- House bearing construction set, which includes external walls, internal partitioning walls, inter-storey beams, ceiling purlin, rafter, floor sleepers and the rafter lathing;
- House bearing construction set + assembly;
- House bearing timber construction set + assembly + delivery + foundation laying + applying roof covering

These houses have future.

Beam house knots: roof knot; ceiling knot; wall knot; foundation knot.

Our company is offering a completely new and robust solution for construction of dwelling houses.
